In the event of a dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction is Delhi.

Demo of the course curriculum and content may by provided by the FDA upon specific request of the student, however final right to grant Demo access and its limited usage and timing shall be with the administration department of the FDA and which shall be binding to the students. FDA do not guarantee or commit Demo options to all the students enrolling for the course

IN NO EVENT SHALL FDA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED FEES COLLECTED BY THE FDS FROM ENROLLED STUDENT OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES RECEIVED BY FDA FROM YOU FOR THE USE OF PAID SERVICES DURING THE PAST SIX MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.

1. Governing Law and Venue

The Services are managed by FDA, which is located in Ahmedabad, India. You agree that any dispute related to these Terms will be governed by the laws of the India. In the event of any dispute related to these Terms that is not subject to binding arbitration, you and FDA will submit to the Ahmedabad jurisdiction as the legal forum for any such dispute.
